Serving suggestions for Irish cream espresso martini

SUGGESTED GLASS: Preferably use a 200ml coup glass or cocktail glass.
The coup glass will give a better head on the cocktail. Chilling the glass
gives a great effect (albeit not absolutely necessary).

STEP 1: Open bottle & pour into a coup glass leaving 10-15mm space from the top of the glass.(This is where the head will form atop the cocktail after being shaken in the cocktail shaker).
STEP 2: Fill your cocktail shaker with ice cubes.
STEP 3: Pour the cocktail from your coup glass into the cocktail shaker.
STEP 4: Shake the cocktail shaker vigorously. Don’t be shy.
STEP 5: Pour the cocktail back into the glass (leaving the same space from the top of the coup glass) from the cocktail shaker. The head on the cocktail hould form within a few moments after pouring.
STEP 6: A couple of roasted beans atop the cocktail.

In the event of doing multiple orders of a cocktail, there is NO need to
make them one-by-one. If, for example, 3 Irish cream espresso martinis are to be served, go to STEP 1 and instead of pouring one glass of the cocktail into
the cocktail shaker, pour three glasses. Always ensure there is enough
space in the cocktail shaker for a vigorous shake of the cocktails so that a
good head is formed on top of the cocktails.
When using this size coup glass (or cocktail glass) – and not filling to the
top of the glass (leaving 10-15mm space from the top of the glass), each
7th Raven bottle will produce 5 cocktails (of around 150ml or 5 shots). If
smaller glasses are used where the cocktail served is only 110ml (just less than 4 shots), each bottle will produce 7 cocktails.
