Raven’s own freshly roasted coffee creates the fresh espresso and nitro coffee used in our Espresso Martini.
Pour into cocktail shaker filled with ice cubes, give a good shake. Pour into cocktail glass. Garnish with two or three roasted coffee beans atop the golden head.

Our 20 years of coffee roasting skills, selecting and roasting high mountain African Arabica coffees which gives Raven its’ signature rich, deep chocolate and sweet velvety profile.
Nothing beats fresh coffee. We roast only when the orders come in. Within 24 hours of being roasted, our beans are ground, brewed and espressed.
Once blended with the other ingredients the espresso martini is kegged and infused with a Nitrogen based gas mix.
Infusing nitrogen gas happens slowly ensuring it is thorough. This creates a thick, golden smooth head on Raven Espresso Martinis
Our process is never rushed. We pride ourselves in the skills we developed over several years in the USA creating our nitro coffee. And these time-taken skills are found in every smooth, creamy sip.
Traditionally supplied in one-way 20 litre Keykegs which are fully recyclable, bars, hotels and restaurants are able to serve their customers an excellent cocktail without the delay and hassle of preparing fresh ingredients like pulling espresso shots.
